I love the way you refinished the cabinet!! VERY nice job!

Ugh, I hate prep work too...

The resilient floors look amazing, we dropped in at HomeDepot for a look today and really liked them, now we have to get up the ceramic tile in the entry way and the old vinyl in the kitchen...talk about prep work. Ack!
